The Villa (Overview)

Welcome to Casa Corazon. This 6-bedroom and 8-bath room, spacious villa features both indoor and outdoor living & dining space. It is the first of only six custom homes in La Reserva, a new and exclusive part of the gated Hacienda de Mita neighborhood which is ideally located inside the gates of Punta Mita. As a resident guest of Casa Corazon you will have private access reserved solely for Hacienda de Mita giving you direct walking access to restaurant row in the quaint and little pueblo town of Punta de Mita. You will also have inclusive access to the private beach club at Hacienda de Mita with their pool, jacuzzi, and other amenities, all located on a beach that sits directly at the famous surf break of El Anclote.  

Casa Corazon has 4 master suites and two shared bedrooms.  Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and 3 of our bedrooms have amazing outdoor showers.  Each bedroom uses high quality bedding leaving you feeling as though you are sleeping in one of the world's most exquisite resorts!  As you enter any of the bedrooms you will be enchanted with their uniqueness and comfort.  Every bedroom has HD wall mounted TVS, plenty of sitting and relaxing space and either garden views or ocean and golf views!

The villa comes with the use of two Casa Corazon 6-person golf carts and member access to the residents only beach clubs inside the gates of Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a 1,500-acre private peninsula that is home to the Four Seasons Punta Mita, St. Regis Punta Mita, and 16 sub-communities. Punta Mita is located on the north end of Banderas Bay in the Mexican state of Nayarit, about 10 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Enjoy visiting the brand new "El surf club", Sufito Beach Club with stunning views of the pier and bay, Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club and the St Regis Beach Club with our premier pass with golf.  Enjoy the comforts and privacy of the villa and lounge around by the private pool, play games in the expansive back yard including sandy area that is perfect for kids or sand sports. The backyard is overlooking the Jack Nicklaus golf course and the amazing ocean vistas. Our amazing staff will be there to cater to your every need. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks all can be prepared for you poolside, or choose to dine at one of the villa's indoor or outdoor dining areas. You will enjoy Sonos throughout the home all accessible from your smart phone.

The home has fiber internet, and each room is equipped with 4K TVs.  Our cozy media room with a state-of-the-art sound system can have the wooden shutters closed for a mid-afternoon movie break for those tired from the sun or the large windows/sliding doors can be opened to overlook the home's central lagoon where you can watch fish, turtles, lizards, and the most beautiful butterflies and dragonflies. Casa Corazon was designed and built to allow privacy for all our guests while bringing plenty of common area space to create lasting family memories. The patio decks off the rooms sitting on the lagoon are perfect for some morning yoga. Try out our meditation bench that you access by crossing from stone to stone over the lagoon to get to the most perfect place to read, take in the natural beauty or find some moments of mindful meditation among the plants, birds & sounds of Casa Corazon.

Dining and food is a big part of the Mexican culture and the experience at Casa Corazon and our modern kitchen is a dream for every chef. Our resident chef, Yuri prepares daily breakfast and lunch at the Villa and your group is sure to enjoy all her specialties as well as any requests you make for dietary preferences. Allow our staff to take care of all your needs. The villa features a custom outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, and a Wolf premium built in coffee maker for some of the best morning wake-up mugs coming straight from the kitchen.  Casa Corazon was designed, built, and furnished for ultimate comfort. Ultimate privacy, peace, tranquility, and attention to detail. Our villa name "Casa" means home and "Corazon" means heart, courage, love, spirit, and affection.  Truly “Casa Corazon” is a home of our heart, literally and figuratively the home is full of heart. You will feel this in the design, details, and all throughout the home. We hope you notice it everywhere and see hearts all around in the details during your stay and that you feel it from the first time you walk through the door. 

Up Stairs Master has a king-sized bed and master bath with large custom carved marble bathtub along with a dual vanity and large custom carved-stone sinks. There are two separate toilets behind frosted glass and large showers with double rain head showers. The large master bathroom also has an entire wall of closet cabinetry with plenty of room for both hanging clothing as well as built in drawers and shelf space to unpack and store your suitcases.  The upstairs master has a large deck with seating area that sits just behind a large sliding glass window with views that face out towards the bay.  The famous 7th fairway is within view along with the ocean on the horizon. Just outside the opposite side of the master is yet another large patio with a king-sized outdoor hanging bed underneath a shaded pergola. On this large patio sits a large 8-person jacuzzi.  The patio has a spectacular panoramic view of the bay, golf course and is the best spot in the house to watch the day and dusk fade into nightfall.

Down Stairs Master  is located on main floor master also has a king sized bed with same bathroom layout, amenities, custom carved marble tub and dual sink, shower & toilet features. It features a walk out patio with large glass sliding doors & seating area that then leads out to the lush grassy backyard and Infiniti pool. The large master bathroom also has an entire wall of closet cabinetry with plenty of room for both hanging clothing as well as built in drawers and shelf space to unpack and stow the suitcases.

Pond Master  is the third largest master in the house with a unique sliding glass wall that opens onto the lagoon patio. The large king bed looks out on the lagoon. The pond master has dual marble carved sinks and vanities as well as both an indoor and outdoor shower.

Suite 4  has 2 queen beds and private bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower.  The bathroom also has dual marble sinks and vanities and ample closet space for our guests. You can walk right out into the side yard/garden from this room and you will be surrounded by lush tropical plants with quick access to the pool and back yard.

Casita Master (detached) has a queen bed and the casita is where you will find yourself privately located just outside the main villa in your own private oasis with complete privacy.  When you need to get a way from the group, put babies down for a nap, get some office work done, or simply want some privacy, then choose the casita.  You will have your own living room with cozy couch and  a large full bathroom and bedroom all separated by doors. The bedroom looks out into a private lush garden.

Media Room  Overlooks the beautiful lagoon and has state of the art sound, a huge 4k wall-mounted TV, a deep couch for amazing movie nights or afternoons out of the sun for relaxing or napping.  Just behind the couch there is plenty of seating and table space, including a game table.  You will love the privacy of this room.  This room comes with a full bathroom and shower as well.

Living Room/Dining Room  Enjoy ample room for lounging, watching tv, eating at the large communal dining table and the amazing views looking out to the pool, back yard and famous Jack Nicklaus golf course.  The living room has large floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors that make the transformation from indoor to outdoor living seamless. The moment you walk into the living room your eyes will be drawn to the beautiful artesenal celing over 30 ft above.  

Outdoor living main floor  The villa has a very expansive outdoor patio that begins the moment you exit the living room and you will enjoy both covered outdoor living along with plenty of uncovered areas.  Outdoor ceiling fans, sonos speakers built into the ceiling and lots of sun loungers make living and hanging outside one of your favorite things to do at Casa Corazon.

Pool and back yard  Enjoy a full sized infinity pool that seamlessly fades off into the fairway behind it.  Next to the pool is a custom built palapa and large circular sun bed for the ultimate in poolside relaxation.  Casa Corazon enjoys over 2 acres of shared yard with the other 5 villas at the Reserve.  When you are poolside or relaxing in the back yard, you will get the feeling you have an endless yard. 

Upstairs terrace with Jacuzzi  The villa boasts a very large 8+ person jacuzzi that sits on the upstairs terrace.  This terrace is accessible either directly from the upstairs master or you can access it from a walkway that overlooks the living room.  The views from this upstairs master are amazing and you will enjoy the cool evening weather from the jacuzzi while watching one of the most gorgeous sunsets around.  

Lagoon dining  Just off the end of the beautiful lagoon you will find the most tranquil place for an evening meal or morning breakfast. There is nothing better than watching the sunrise while the lagoon comes to life while slowly sipping your fresh brewed coffee or enjoying the freshest fruits of the season.  In the evening, the beautifully lit lagoon and all its flora and fauna make for a very cozy, memorable setting for dinner.

Outdoor Kitchen and Pizza Oven  Custom Outdoor kitchen with grill, wood-fired pizza oven and a refrigerator and sink.

You will have access to two 6-person lithium-powered golf carts, so that you can cruise around the resort, to the beach clubs or into town for dinner.  The villa comes with a full time housekeeper and house manager.  If you choose you can have breakfast and/or lunch prepared fresh at the villa for just the cost of the food. (grocereries) There is almost nothing better than waking in the morning and smelling fresh brewed coffee, a table of seasonal fruits and any home cooked breakfast you can dream up. Enjoy ample outdoor living, suspended sun beds under shaded pergolas, lounge chairs and umbrellas beautifully arranged around the infinity pool.  As a guest of Casa Corazon you have direct access to private walking gardens, a bocce court and a beautiful seating area under a gorgeous pergola right at the edge of the world famous Jack Nicklaus golf course.
